As I begin a new/old career and a new decade of life, just wise enough to understand how little I know and how much more there is to learn, I write anew. It's been a long time since my first venture into the blogosphere. It's such an old medium now, near legacy status. But people still write them, and some still read them, and that's pretty much what I'm going for here. I cannot promise beauty with this blog, or pith, or depth, or insight. I cannot promise consistent use of the Oxford comma, or particularly poetic or lyrical prose. I can promise my best effort to be interesting along with as much humor as I can muster, because by golly, the Earth needs myrth. These will be stories told through my lens, because it's the only lens I've got. We all have one, and I encourage anyone so inclined to tell stories through theirs. Just don't forget to read, appreciate and learn from stories told through the unique lenses of others.
